Hourly Rate: $18-$22/hr DOE
Location: San Luis Obispo

Description

Accounting, Tax and Payroll office is looking for a FT Office Manager to join their team!

We're looking for a motivated professional who doesn't mind wearing multiple hats!

Duties include:

  • Handle day-to-day operations including front desk
  • Answering phones, scheduling and email correspondence
  • Filing, billing, accounts payable/receivable, certified payroll and prevailing wage
  • Project management
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Prior bookkeeping experience
  • Understanding of accounting principles
  • Data entry skills along with a knack for numbers
  • Proficient with MS Office
  • High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills
