Front Office Coordinator

Hourly Rate: $16-$18/hr.
Location: Morro Bay

Description

Our client is looking for a Front Office Coordinator to join their busy office.

Position is a full time, M-F 8AM-5PM

This is a temp to hire opportunity 

Job Duties will include:

  • Provide excellent customer service in a timely manner both on the phone and in-person
  • Processing and charging sales and orders
  • Scheduling and billing
  • Other administrative tasks and projects as assigned

Requirements

  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Time management skills with the ability to prioritize
  • Must be a friendly team player that works well under pressure
  • Valid CA Driver's license and clean driving record
  • Must successfully pass a Background check
