Office Assistant (Part Time)

Hourly Rate: $15-$16/hr
Location: San Luis Obispo

Description

Our client is looking for a Part Time Office Assistant who is well versed in all aspects of an office setting. The potential candidate needs to be organized, detail-oriented and excellent at multitasking. 

Position is M&F from 8AM-5PM

Duties:

  • Answer multi-phone lines
  • Sort Mail
  • File, copy, bind and word process
  • Run errands/deliveries
  • Order office supplies
  • Assist with events 
  • Keeps office areas clean and organized
  • Other administrative duties as needed

 

 

Requirements

  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • 85%-90% requires standing and/or walking
  • Excellent multi-tasking and self management skills
  • Must have a valid CA driver's license
  • Must have own car, valid car insurance, with clean driving record and be at least 21 years old
