Office Assistant

Hourly Rate: $16/hr.-$18/hr.
Location: San Luis Obispo

Description

Our client is looking for an Office Assistant to start ASAP!

The potential candidate needs to be organized, detail-oriented and excellent at multitasking in a fast paced environment

Hours are M-F 8AM-5PM

Duties:

  • Answer multi-phone lines
  • Sort Mail
  • File, copy, bind and word process
  • Run errands/deliveries
  • Order office supplies and assist with events
  • tracking and processing expenses
  • Keeps office areas clean and organized
  • Other administrative duties as needed

Requirements

  • Previous office experience with 3+ years in an admin role
  • Proficient in MS Office with ability to type 45wpm
  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
  • 85%-90% requires standing and/or walking
  • Excellent multi-tasking and self management skills
  • Must have a valid CA driver's license
  • Must have own car, valid car insurance, with clean driving record
