Seminars for Leaders

SLPS offers customized seminars for local, regional and national clients on a variety of management and leadership topics.

“Respect in the Workplace,” a 2 ¼ hour seminar meets all requirements of Assembly Bill 1825 for supervisory training on sexual harassment.

The following five seminars may be presented individually or as a series:

• Seminar One: Defining Leadership
• Seminar Two: Beginning Employment Relationships including interviewing, selection and orientation
• Seminar Three: Performance Management—Providing Performance Feedback
• Seminar Four: Performance Management—Disciplinary Actions including Ending Employment Relationships
• Seminar Five: Complying with Legal Mandates
