San Luis Personnel Services is an independent staffing firm in San Luis Obispo County. We have been serving our community since 1949.

We provide placement services in the following areas:
The placement services we provide are:
- Temp-to-Hire Placement - SLPS and the employer work together to find the right fit for your ongoing employment needs. Employees remain SLPS employees for a pre-determined period of time. This option provides both the client and the employee an opportunity for evaluation.
- Temporary Placement - SLPS hires its own employees and assigns them to clients in work situations such as employee absences, temporary skill shortages, seasonal workloads, and special assignment projects. Many temporary assignments lead to full-time employment.
- Direct Placement - SLPS brings together job seekers and potential employers, for the purpose of establishing an immediate employment relationship.
- Staff Leasing - This involves our client transferring all or part of their existing work force to the payroll of SLPS. This provides outsourcing of the administration of all payroll, benefits, and other human resources activities.
